2. Return Process

Note: The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Rejected Refunds: If your item is found to be damaged or not in its original condition, we may reject your refund request, and the item will be returned to you.

4. Exchanges
